久聞The Bayou的大名,身邊不少朋友也推薦這間紐澳良美式餐廳,不過生意實在是好的不得了尤其是假日的時候,不事先訂位可是吃不到的,我們就撲空了兩次吧!不過神奇的是這天選在周六晚上來店內竟然沒什麼客人,空桌還不少。而這裡的主要客群也以外國人需多,桌間常有各國語言出現其中,相當有趣。

餐前先來一盤「巫毒薯條」,剛炸好的薯條熱熱的口感酥又香,沒有油耗味。上面灑了特製的香料光聞就可以感受到微微的辣味,但辣度上算是一般人都還可以接受的範圍。一旁的兩種沾醬完全沒有加分的作用,個人覺得單吃薯條就好。

其實應該換個口味的,同桌友人不知為什麼又點了「巫毒雞翅」,味道跟薯條有點類似。中間的藍紋起司沾醬那種特殊的氣味挺重的,不知道大眾接受度高不高,而且沾了會增加不少鹹度,最好先淺嚐試試味道。雞翅肉質部分,雖然有點汁但口感有點老又柴。

均衡一下來個「卡加風味沙拉」,可以選要雞胸肉或是蝦子,沾醬也有三種選擇,我們選了油醋醬。

「本日濃湯」應該是每天變換寫在門口板子上,這個是玉米濃湯大份的,還滿貼心會給小的碗(其實是沾醬碗)分食。

最後主餐來個「教父披薩」,這裡的披薩相當特別雙層的結構像是一個大鹹派一樣。裡面藏了義式臘腸、義式香腸,上面則是義式乳酪再加上義式番茄醬,一整個好「Godfather」啊!中間夾層塞了滿滿的起司,一拉起來就像分分合合的情侶一樣,藕斷絲連,視覺效果滿點!

味道其實還不錯但偏鹹,吃多了就是會讓你想要點杯飲料,餅皮有點Q軟不會乾硬,再加上裡面是滿滿的起司和番茄醬,其實我好像從頭到尾都在吃起司的感覺。

一直以來的高知名度身邊常常有人提到它,再加上之前因為店內客滿撲空,讓人對這次用餐更加期待阿!不過老實說期待越高失望就越大。餐點美味程度就是上面那樣摟(當然這是個人感受,相當主觀),不算便宜的價格拉也稍微低了點cp值,恩。
